Stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- oleo - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- minced parsley - 4 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs - 3 Tbsp
- tarragon - 1/2 tsp
- grated Swiss cheese - 1/4 c
- large mushrooms - 12 item
- minced white onion - 3 Tbsp
- green onions or shallots - 3 Tbsp
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Mix with bread crumbs, then add to stem mixture. Use 2 or 3 tablespoons whipped cream. Add just enough to hold it together. Butter bottom of mushrooms and place on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper lightly. Stuff mushrooms with filling. Top with grated Swiss cheese and melted butter.
