Hearty tuna casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 1/2
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- sliced green onions - 1/3 c
- 3 c - 6 oz
- mustard - 2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- medium tomato, chopped - 1 item
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
- dried thyme leaves - 1/2 tsp
- small zucchini, scrubbed and sliced - 1 item
- each cans chunk style tuna - 2 1/2
How to make hearty tuna casserole:
Drain and flake tuna. Set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse in hot water. Combine noodles with tuna, celery and green onions. Blend in sour cream, mustard, mayonnaise, thyme and salt. Spoon half the mixture into aRecipe categories: < 30 mins, Main dish, One Dish meal.
