- chopped pecans - 1 c

- flaked coconut - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained - 1 oz
- 1 stick oleo - 1/2 c
How to make hawaiian wedding cake:
Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. (1 stick) oleo2 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 to 2 c. confectioners sugar Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking soda. Whisk until blended. Stir together pineapple with juice and eggs. Fold into dry mixture. Fold in nuts and coconut; stir just to blend. Pour into pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Place pan on rack to cool slightly.To make frosting, in a medium size bowl cream together cream cheese, oleo and vanilla. Add enough sugar for spreading consistency. Spread over warm cake. Makes 12 servings.
