Hawaiian chicken
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- onion, sliced thin - 1/2 item
- green pepper strips
- melted butter or salad oil - 1/2 c
- 2 can pineapple pieces
- to 6 breasts - 4 item
How to make hawaiian chicken:
Shake chicken in flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Melt butter in large 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Turn chicken in melted butter. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Turn chicken. Combine juice with sugar. Pour over chicken. Lay pineapple, onion and pepper on top. Bake about 45 minutes at 375° until done. Baste occasionally.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
