Hawaiian cake
Ingredients/Components
- butter recipe cake mix - 1 pkg
- soft butter - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 oz
- small container Cool Whip - 1 item
- box vanilla pudding mix - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- chopped pecans - 1 c
How to make hawaiian cake:
Blend first four ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix eggs and beat for 3 minutes. Add drained oranges. Bake in a greased and floured pan for 30 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and cool in pan.Frosting: Mix Cool Whip, vanilla pudding, crushed pineapple (undrained) and pecans. Spread on top.
