  • Add eggs, 1 at a time, and beat after each addition

How to make pineapple pound cake:

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and beat after each addition. Add flour and salt gradually. Stir in vanilla and pineapple. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Glaze:1/2 box confectioners sugar1/2 stick melted margarine enough orange juice to spread
