- vanilla - 1 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- plain flour - 3 c
- Wesson oil - 2 c
- stick melted margarine - 1/2 item
- small can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 item
- enough orange juice to spread - 1 item
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, and beat after each addition
How to make pineapple pound cake:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and beat after each addition. Add flour and salt gradually. Stir in vanilla and pineapple.
