  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • sugar - 2 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • ground cloves - 1 tsp
  • jars plum baby food - 2 item
  • chopped nuts - 1 c

How to make plum cake:

Preheat oven at 325°. Mix all ingredients together. Mix well. Bake for 1 hour, or until done. Glaze with lemon juice and confectioners sugar.
