- 2 lb
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
How to make hash browns:
Defrost potatoes enough to separate into pieces. Combine all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and spoon into 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Potato.
