Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- cubed cooked ham - 3 c
- cubed French bread - 3 c
- cubed sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make breakfast casserole:
Toss bread, ham and cheese cubes in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Mix flour and dry mustard; sprinkle over mixture in pan. Drizzle butter over top. Mix eggs and milk together. Add dash of Tabasco. Pour over mixture in pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
