- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- hash browns - 2 lb
- corn flake crumbs
How to make hash browns:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix hash browns, sour cream, cheese, soup, onions and melted butter together. Put in a 9 x 13 casserole. Mix crumbs and butter and pour over the top. Bake for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Potato.
