Ingredients/Components
- frozen diced hash browns, let thaw - 2 lb
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- can cream of mushroom soup or chicken soup - 1 item
- can water - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 (8
- shredded cheese 8 oz - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add cheese on top. Put corn flakes over all and 1/2 stick melted butter over this. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
