- sour cream - 1 pt
- garlic salt - 1 item
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- hash brown potatoes in pkg - 2 lb
- Topping:1/2 stick oleo
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Mix together and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.Topping:1/2 stick oleo2 c. crushed corn flakes Mix and put on top; bake another 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
