How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix ingredients and pour into large casserole dish. Sprinkle crunched corn flakes over the top. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.Variations: Substitute fat-free sour cream. Use cream of potato or cream of chicken soup for a different taste.
