Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- stick margarine or butter - 1 item
- chopped onion if desired - 1 item
- Southern style frozen hash browns - 1 pkg
How to make hash brown casserole:
Melt margarine and mix with soup, sour cream and then add hash browns. Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
