Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- carton sour cream - 8 oz
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can water - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- melted oleo - 1/3 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Thaw the potatoes and mix with onion and oleo. Mix the mushroom soup and water together. Add all the ingredients to the potato mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix corn flakes with melted oleo and sprinkle over top. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
