Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Cover with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup margarine. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Test potatoes for doneness in about 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
