Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- grated cheese - 2 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- large bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Brown ground beef, onion, pepper, salt and pepper. Drain. Spray baking dish with Pam. Place a layer of meat, then a layer of hash browns; repeat layers. Spoon soup over the top. Place in oven at 350° for 20 minutes or until soup bubbles. Place cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
