  • milk - 2/3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • Tabasco sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • grated Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
  • sausage - 1 lb

How to make sausage squares:

Dough:2 c. Bisquick2/3 c. milk1/4 c. mayonnaise Cook sausage and onion over low heat; drain off fat. Add Parmesan cheese, Swiss cheese, egg, Tabasco sauce, salt and parsley.

Spread 1/2 dough mixture in bottom of 8-inch square pan. Cover with sausage mixture. Spread with remaining dough. Brush with beaten egg yolk. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 400°. Cut into squares.
