- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1 c
- grated cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c

How to make hash brown casserole:
Spread thawed hash browns in greased pan. Mix 1/2 cup melted margarine, cheese, sour cream and soup. Pour and spread on top of potatoes. Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle other 1/2 cup of melted margarine over crackers. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
