Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • melted butter - 1 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • onion, chopped - 1 Tbsp
  • crushed corn flakes - 1/2 c
  • medium potatoes, cooked and grated - 9 item

How to make sour cream potatoes:

Mix together first six ingredients. Add potatoes. Mix 2 tablespoons butter with corn flakes. Put potato mixture in buttered baking dish. Spread out evenly. Sprinkle the corn flakes over top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Do not cover while baking.
