Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated onion optional - 1 Tbsp
- raw, grated potatoes - 2 c
How to make potato pancakes:
Frying pan or griddle should be heated to 325° to 350°. Mix all ingredients together. Spray griddle with Pam and 2 tablespoons oil. Spoon mixture on pan (large spoon) and fry until golden brown, turning once.Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, Side dish.
