- milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- ground beef
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
How to make meat balls:
Mix all except oil. Shape by rounded tablespoons into balls in large skillet. Cook in oil about 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
