Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- grated carrots - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- hot pepper sauce - 1/8 1/4
- marjoram leaves, crushed - 1/2 1
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- instant beef bouillon - 1 tsp
- cans condensed tomato soup - 2 3/4
How to make hamburger soup:
In large saucepan, brown ground beef, onion and celery; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer over low heat 5 to 10 minutes or until carrots are tender and soup is thoroughly heated.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Clear soup, Main dish.
