Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 7 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped carrots - 1 c
- can tomato sauce - 15 oz
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- large onion - 1 item
- uncooked macaroni - 1 c
- green beans frozen - 1 c
- beef granules or 5 cubes beef bouillon - 5 tsp
How to make hamburger soup:
Brown beef in large soup pot. Drain fat. Add all ingredients, except for beans and macaroni. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add beans and macaroni; cook until done. This freezes very nicely!Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Clear soup, Main dish.
