Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 3/4 lb
- medium onion - 1 item
- noodles - 8 oz
- canned tomatoes - 1 c
- 2 can peas
How to make hamburger-noodle casserole:
Cook noodles until tender. Heat oleo in a skillet; add meat and stir until very lightly browned. Add onion, water, tomatoes and salt. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add peas and their liquid and cooked noodles; cook, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes on low. Makes 5 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
