Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 3 Tbsp
- margarine - 2/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
- ground beef - 1 lb
- medium onion - 1 item
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of mushroom - 1 item
- tortillas corn - 1 pkg
- dried bread cubes - 8 c
How to make mexican casserole:
In 2-quart utility dish, combine margarine, onion and celery. Place in Radarange oven for 4 minutes on Roast. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Stuffs 4 to 6 pound bird.To dry fresh bread for cubes or crumbs, allow 6 to 7 minutes for 1 quart of cubes in a rectangular dish, stirring every 2 minutes.
