Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 3 Tbsp
  • margarine - 2/3 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 1/2 lb
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
  • can cream of mushroom - 1 item
  • tortillas corn - 1 pkg
  • dried bread cubes - 8 c

How to make mexican casserole:

In 2-quart utility dish, combine margarine, onion and celery. Place in Radarange oven for 4 minutes on Roast. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Stuffs 4 to 6 pound bird.

To dry fresh bread for cubes or crumbs, allow 6 to 7 minutes for 1 quart of cubes in a rectangular dish, stirring every 2 minutes.
