Ham roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- slices Swiss cheese - 12 item
- slices boiled ham - 12 item
- or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- broccoli flowerets, cook about 10 minutes - 12 item
How to make ham roll-ups:
Put cheese on ham and broccoli and roll up. Place in shallow casserole seam side down. Dilute the mushroom soup with sour cream. Pour over roll-ups and sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese over that. Bake at 350° for 3/4 to 1 hour until bubbly. Remove from oven and cover with Durkee onion rings in can. Return to oven 3 to 4 minutes.
