Ingredients/Components
- cured ham ground - 1 lb
- pork steak ground
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- brown sugar
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
How to make ham loaf:
Sauce:1 1/2 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. prepared mustard1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. water Sauce: Cook 5 minutes. Add more vinegar and water if sauce gets too thick.Make loaf ingredients into a loaf. Bake a few minutes, then add sauce. Baste and bake 2 hours at 325°.
