Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- catsup - 1/2 c
- crushed potato chips - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- frozen peas, uncooked - 1 pkg
- ham, cut in cubes - 2 lb
How to make ham casserole:
Melt margarine, add flour to milk. Add cheese and catsup; cook until thick. Add to ham, noodles and peas. Mix well. Spread top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves a "crowd."Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ham.
