Ingredients/Components

  • mayonnaise - 2 c
  • medium potatoes - 10 item
  • hard-boiled eggs - 6 item
  • chopped up ham - 1 to
  • cheese your choice; Cheddar or Jack, etc - 1/2 lb

How to make ham casserole:

Cut up ham in small pieces and mix in with the potatoes, eggs and cheese that have been cut into chunks. Add the mayonnaise and mix well. Put in baking dish and bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350°.
