Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 3 c
- milk - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- ground beef
- ground ham
- each cans undiluted tomato soup - 2 3/4
How to make ham balls:
In large mixing bowl, combine ham, beef, eggs, milk and graham cracker crumbs. Shape mixture into 2-inch balls. Place in 2 large, shallow roasting pans.Combine other ingredients and pour over meat balls. Bake approximately 1 hour at 325°, basting frequently with sauce. Yields 15 to 20 servings.
