Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- white pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs, shelled - 6 item
- canned beet juice - 3/4 c
- Rose or blush wine - 1/2 c
- can small beets, drained - 1 item
How to make pickled eggs:
Place eggs and small beets in large glass jar. Combine remaining ingredients. Heat (do not boil). Pour into jar over eggs and beets. Cool, cover and refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
