- graham cracker crumbs - 3 c
- packed brown sugar
- milk - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- ground beef
- ground ham
- tomato soup undiluted - 2 cans
How to make iowa ham balls:
In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Using a 1/3 measuring cup, shape mixture into 2-inch balls. Place in 2 large shallow roasting pans. Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over balls. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, basting frequently with saRecipe categories: < 4 hours, Meat, 3 steps or less.
