Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/3 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • black pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • grated Swiss cheese - 1 c
  • grated ham * - 3/4 c
  • or 10-inch pie shell - 9 item

How to make ham and swiss quiche:

Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes (until set); reduce to 350° and bake 25 to 30 minutes until knife comes out clean.

*I use a can of Hormel chunk ham, shredded by hand.
