Ham and swiss quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Swiss cheese - 1 c
- grated ham * - 3/4 c
- or 10-inch pie shell - 9 item
How to make ham and swiss quiche:
Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes (until set); reduce to 350° and bake 25 to 30 minutes until knife comes out clean.*I use a can of Hormel chunk ham, shredded by hand.
