Ingredients/Components
- caraway seed - 1 tsp
- Swiss cheese, sliced - 4 oz
- Thousand Island dressing - 1/3 c
- sauerkraut, drained and rinsed - 4 c
- can corned beef, cut into 6 slices - 1 oz
- slices rye bread, toasted or cubed - 2 item
How to make reuben casserole:
Spread sauerkraut in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with caraway seed. Arrange meat on kraut. Spoon on Thousand Island dressing. Place cheese slices on meat. Sprinkle on bread cubes. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
