Ham and potato bake
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, sliced - 1 item
- diced cooked ham - 1 c
- peeled diced potatoes - 4 c
How to make ham and potato bake:
Dilute soup with milk. Alternate potatoes, ham, onion and soup mixture in baking dish. Make sure potatoes and ham are covered to prevent drying. Bake at 450° for 1 hour covered; uncover and bake until potatoes are done.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
