Ham and cheese omelet
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 8 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- finely chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar, Swiss or Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
How to make ham and cheese omelet:
Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased oblong 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish or square 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Cook, uncovered, in a 325° oven until omelet is set and top is golden brown for 40 to 45 minutes.Do ahead tip: After pouring into dish, cover and refrigerate omelet no longer than 24 hours.
Note: Recipe can be doubled. Cook in a 13 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish for 45 to 50 minutes.
