Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- diced ham - 1 c
- 9-inch frozen deep-dish pie shell or 2 regular 9-inch pie shells - 1 item
How to make ham quiche:
Melt butter. Put mayonnaise, flour, eggs, milk and butter in blender and blend well. Bake pie shell at 400° for 3 minutes. Remove from oven, prick with fork and bake 5 minutes longer. Stir ham and cheese into blender mixture but do not blend. Bake in pie shell at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes for deep shell or 30 to 40 minutes for regular shell.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Cheese.
