Ingredients/Components

• ground beef - 1 lb
• salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
• can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
• can cream of celery soup - 1 item
• onion, chopped - 1 item
• frozen mixed vegetables - 1 pkg
• can V-8 juice - 1 oz

How to make vegetable beef soup:

In large saucepan, brown meat with onion, salt and pepper. Add juice and soups. Bring to a rapid boil. Add frozen vegetables and let simmer on low until vegetables are tender.
