- milk
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Swiss cheese - 3 6
- 9-inch pie crust
- slices crisp bacon - 6 item
How to make quiche lorraine:
Crumble the bacon into shell. Cover with the cheese. Beat eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Pour into shell. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
