Grilled mushrooms



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1 lb
- sherry or brandy - 1 Tbsp
How to make grilled mushrooms:
Slice mushrooms and place on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Top with butter, spices, garlic and sherry or brandy. Wrap, folding edges tightly under. Place on grill 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Mushroom.
