Ingredients/Components
- whole fresh mushrooms medium size work best - 1/2 lb
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make grilled mushrooms:
Thread mushrooms on skewers. Combine butter, dill and garlic salt; brush over mushrooms. Grill over hot coals for 10 to 15 minutes, basting and turning every 5 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Mushroom.
