Ingredients/Components
- cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- light brown sugar - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 6 Tbsp
- freshly ground pepper to taste - 1 item
- boneless, skinless chicken breast halves - 6 item
- juice of 1 lime
- juice of 1/2 large lemon
- whole grain mustard - 3 Tbsp
- medium garlic cloves, peeled and crushed - 3 item
How to make grilled chicken breasts:
In bowl, blend first 6 ingredients; whisk in olive oil and pepper. Place chicken in shallow non-aluminum bowl and cover with marinade. Refrigerate 8 hours, turning once. Grill chicken over hot coals, 4 minutes each side. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
