- salt - 2 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- white or red wine vinegar - 1 c
- poultry seasoning - 2 Tbsp
- chicken pieces, skinned - 3 1/2
How to make grilled chicken:
Place chicken in a dish or heavy duty zip top plastic bag. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients; pour marinade over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill covered, over hot coals 30 to 40 minutes or until done, turning frequently.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
