Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- stalks celery, thinly sliced - 2 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- onion, thinly sliced - 1 c
- carrots, sliced - 2 item
- beef chuck steak - 1 lb
- green pepper, cut squares - 1 c
How to make green pepper steak:
Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Add meat. Let set. Heat oil in large frying pan and brown meat. If not tender, cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes at low heat. Turn heat up and add veggies. Cook about 10 minutes.Mix cornstarch with water and add to pan. Cook until thickened. Serve with rice.
