Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium potatoes, peeled and diced - 2 item
- large can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- large round steak, cut in small chunks - 1 item
- handful green chilies or as much as you can stand! - 1 item
How to make green chili stew:
Saute meat and onions until done. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Add tomatoes, potatoes, chilies and about 3 cups water. Simmer on low for couple of hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Southwestern u.s., Stew.
