- chicken broth - 4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- bay leaves - 2 item
- cumin - 2 Tbsp
- jalapenos, minced - 1 item
- can green chilies - 1 (27
- large onions, minced - 2 item
- tomatillos - 1/2 lb
- cubed pork with some fat is better - 4 lb
- cloves garlic to taste - 3 item
How to make green chili:
Saut?© onions and garlic. Brown pork with salt and pepper. Add all ingredients, except chilies. Simmer 2 to 4 hours. Add liquid as needed. Add green chilies for last half hour. Serve with cornbread and Tabasco Chipotle Sauce.Recipe categories: Appetizers, One Dish meal, Chili.
