  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • curry powder - 1 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • pieces chicken thighs or breasts - 5 item
  • to 4 baby carrots, sliced - 3 item
  • to 4 medium potatoes, sliced - 3 item

How to make curry rice:

Cook chicken until almost done. Add carrots and potatoes and onions. Finish cooking. Add curry powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix all together (may make a thickening out of flour and water and add to finished product).
