Green bean casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 pkg
- can cream of chicken - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom - 1 item
- onion rings - 1 item
- large cans green beans, drained - 2 item
- American cheese block - 1 item
How to make green bean casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Using a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, pour green beans in and spread around evenly. Mix your cream soups together and spread evenly on top of green beans. Place onion rings on top, enough to cover entire pan. Sprinkle sharp Cheddar cheese on top, covering completely. Cut 1-inch slices of cheese from block cheese (American) and place on top of casserole (more or less if you like). You may repeat layers. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until cheese on top melts and soups begin to boil through. ENJOY!Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Green/yellow beans.
