Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • can condensed cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stick butter or margarine - 1 item
  • stack Ritz crackers - 1 item
  • can white Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
  • can French-style beans - 1 item

How to make green bean casserole:

Drain the corn and green beans and set aside. Mix the soup, sour cream and onions together. Add the corn and green beans to the soup mixture and put in a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the crushed Ritz crackers. Cover the top of the soup mixture with the crackers. Bake at 350° until bubbly around edge.
